Free ground shipping on all orders.

- Carrier: USPS priority (first class, overnight, priority, 2nd day air, etc.)
As of 4/7 due to high demand all purchases are packed and shipped within 14 days of purchase Monday-Friday except all holidays.
You will automatically receive a confirmation email. The tracking information will be sent when your package is shipped. Most orders are shipped via USPS. We accept no responsibility for items lost or stolen after tracking number is provided. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS using the tracking number provided before contacting Trilogy Wand.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your SkinLab purchase we offer a 14-day return policy.
All returns & exchanges must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. We do not arrange the shipment of returns or provide return labels on items sent with free shipping. All items have a $5 restocking fee unless the item is faulty or defective which will be confirmed upon receipt.
To initiate a return, simply email email@example.com with the details below:
- Order Number/ Proof of Purchase
- Product you are returning
- Reason for return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 5 business days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
